WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
On average, it takes us 1-3 business days to process & ship out your order! Processing times may take longer depending if an order is placed for a custom item or during a holiday season. Most items are handmade and hand-packaged by me (this is a one girl show!) and I try my best to get your package sent out as soon as possible! CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to limited inventory, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges at this time. If any major issues arise with your order, please contact us via our email, email@example.com, so your issue can be handled properly. Thank you for your understanding and support!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not been shipped out already. After this 12 hour period, your order will no longer be able to be cancelled. I work hard to try to get orders shipped out as fast as possible, so if your order has been already marked as shipped prior to the 12 hour cancellation grace period, it will no longer be able to be cancelled. Since most of my products are handmade, as well as having a very limited inventory, I have to stick to this short cancelation time period. HOW CAN I CHANGE INCORRECT INFORMATION ON MY ORDER?
If any changes or adjustments need to be made to your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at email@example.com. Once your order has been marked as shipped, I can no longer make any adjustments to your shipping address or order information. Please double check that your order information is correct beforehand. If your order is returned back to us due to an incorrect address, you will be refunded for your order, minus the cost of shipping and a $3 service fee, in the form as a gift card.
WHAT ARE SHIPPING RATES & SHIPPING TIMES?
I offer both domestic and international shipping using live USPS shipping rates! Depending on country, shipping rates and expected shipping times vary, but can be calculated during check out. I use live USPS shipping rates and unfortunately cannot control the prices for shipping and possible changes in shipping rates. For international orders, please allow up to 2 months for your package to arrive. On average, international orders typically arrive in under a month.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If your order unfortunately arrives damaged, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach your order number, description of what arrived damage, and images of your package. After contacting us, a proper evaluation can be made of the situation so we can appropriately handle it for you!
WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST?
All orders come with tracking information so you can be able to track where your package is! After I drop off your package to the post office, I no longer have control over your package's location or status. If any problems arise with shipping delays or if you think that your package is lost, please contact your local post office or USPS customer support first for assistance with your package's location.
HOW DO I REQUEST WHOLESALE/CUSTOM ORDERS?
Custom commissions and wholesale bulk orders are currently available! I accept requests based on my availability, expected time length/difficulty for your custom order, and current supply at hand. The best way to reach out to me about your specific order is by filling out my wholesale order contact form. Please leave your contact information and an in depth description of what you are looking for so I can give you an appropriate estimate for your project! Response time for messages relating to custom orders is around 3-5 business days.
HOW CAN I BECOME AN AMBASSADOR?
An ambassador program for PEACHCREAMPRINTS is currently in the works, and should be released later in the winter of 2022! More information on ambassadors and applications forms will be released soon. I am always looking at possible ambassadors who support the brand by tagging us in your order photos & engaging with our social media platforms! I will start reaching out to creators & influencers later this year that do engage with peachcreamprints platforms, so make sure to tag us in your photos @peachcreamprints
